Members may cancel their subscription at any time before their next billing date to prevent future charges.

Upon cancellation:

  • Your membership will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
  • Future recurring payments will stop.
  • Payments already processed are non-refundable.
  • No partial or prorated refunds will be issued.

Results Disclaimer

Husltress Solutions provides consulting, education, strategic guidance, and support designed to help clients make informed financial and business decisions.

Because every client's circumstances are unique, results will vary.

We do not guarantee:

  • Credit score increases
  • Account removals
  • Collection removals
  • Public record removals
  • Loan approvals
  • Funding approvals
  • Business approvals
  • Government contract awards
  • Increased business revenue
  • Financial outcomes
  • Any other specific result

Where applicable, certain services may include unlimited dispute submissions or ongoing support. The availability of unlimited disputes does not guarantee removals, approvals, score increases, funding, resets, or any other specific outcome.


Returns

Because Husltress Solutions primarily offers digital products and consulting services, physical returns are generally not applicable.

If physical merchandise is offered in the future, any return eligibility will be clearly stated on the individual product page.


Duplicate or Incorrect Charges

If you believe you have been charged in error or have experienced a duplicate payment, please contact us within 7 business days of the transaction.

Verified billing errors will be corrected promptly.


Exceptional Circumstances

We understand that unexpected situations may arise.

While our general policy is that all sales are final, Husltress Solutions reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to review refund requests on a case-by-case basis where extraordinary circumstances exist.
